The San Diego Chapter of the American Payroll Association was formed in the mid-1980s and became affiliated with the APA about a decade later. Our members hail from a wide range of large and small companies in fields as diverse as manufacturing, healthcare, payroll processing, higher education, casino gaming, the high-tech industry and recreation; all specialize in payroll, human resources or accounting.
