The Sand Pebble Holiday Homes were started way back in 1991 when Goa became another tourist destination from the East for Western tourists, especially the English. One of the tour operators - The Inspirations - found it very convenient to house lower order holiday makers, and signed a pact with the management that lasted for nearly a decade until the Operators pulled out of Goa.
