Since relocating back to the east coast in 2000, he has been a top producer. He is also a member of Who's Who In Luxury Real Estate. In addition to his work, Sam participates in his community. He serves on the board of the Black Bear Film Festival and is the co-chair of the Pike County Committee for the Mountain Laurel Performing Arts Center Opening Gala and is an active member of Out Professionals.
While in Los Angles he co-founded the vintage boutique Decades, Inc., located on Melrose Avenue and in London, England on Dover Street.
