From his early experiences with clients, Jeremy realised that there was a vital need for this type of training. A key factor in the development of the company has been the ability to listen, develop, and tailor programmes to suit specific organisational requirements.
As the company has expanded its client base, including work in the USA, it has also developed the range of programmes it has to offer. This pro-active approach has been instrumental in the continuing growth and success of the business. New programmes are always being reviewed and developed in line with customer focus.
All staff have worked with individuals that have presented behaviour that challenges; this enables them to be talking the same language as the groups they facilitate. In addition to their work based knowledge, all staff are accomplished facilitators and public speakers.
