The law firm, now known as Russo Tumulty Nester Thompson & Kelly, LLP, traces its roots to the firm of Drewen Nugent & Rollenhagen that opened its doors shortly after the conclusion of World War I. Joseph Tumulty and Edward Russo joined and ultimately became the Firm's managing partners. In 1974, Joseph S. Nester joined Edward Russo and State Senator Joseph Tumulty and the Firm became known as Russo Tumulty & Nester.
