Rupeksa JSC is a professional recruitment and employment agency, based in Klaipeda, on the Baltic coast, the main port of Lithuania.
Rupeksa JSC was founded after a request by Danish shipowners Terkol Rederierne of Aarhus for a riding squad, in the autumn of 1991. From the first Lithuanian riding squad provided to Terkol, Rupeksa has grown into an international crewing agency.
Rupeksa staff is relatively young, professional, dynamic and self-motivated. The staff has Bachelor's and/or Master's degrees, they are highly trained and experienced to meet our Client's needs and ensure positions are filled quickly and professionally.
