These virtual version of Rumah Dayak (or House of the Dayaks) was 'born' on 14th October 2005 and it shall be a platform for the Dayaks as well as other ethnic group in Sarawak to voice out their views and concern regarding the welfare of the Dayak community in Sarawak and throughout the world in general.
Rumah Dayak have always been a significant meeting place for leaders from past to present. We have seen politician being groom, families being united in wedding dinners, political parties being formed and not forgetting the various social functions that has been organised to unite the Dayak community and bring them to where they are today.
And, the virtual Rumah Dayak will continue to serve as a complimentary avenue for all the ethnic groups in Sarawak to meet, discuss and share ideas on how to improve the livelihood of the Dayaks.
You will find tremendous re-engineering processes being carried out in this site to meet the demand and expectation from the communities.
