Description
2.1 There were no matters arising from the previous meeting held on 17 November 2005. The minutes were proposed as a true record by Wally Moss and seconded by Graham Pollard.
3.1 The Chairman briefed the meeting on the financial aspects of the 2005 Christmas Function and requested feedback on the location and service received. All agreed that it was an excellent evening and should be repeated in 2006.
3.2 Brian Overland proposed that we provisionally book the location again for 2006, preferably for Thursday 14 December. This was seconded by Wally Moss and supported by all present. The Chairman would ask the Secretary to action this point.
