rpsoft 2000 is really the programming entity for these software programs. While the sales of these programs are new, copyrights and software from this operation date back to 1984. Software since 1984 been an odd mixture of utilities and fun - productivity programs plus video games. Well, one cannot be serious all of the time, can they? The original software was done in assembly language first for the Commodore 64 computer and then for the Atari ST computer. Early software varied from a three dimensional race game to a full fledged assembler / disassembler /editor for the M 68000 processor.
So, what does music have to do with Blackjack have to do with utility programs have to do with assemblers? Well, they do relate. Each of these items has a mathematical basis. And one could easily say the expertise of rpsoft 2000 programming is into mathematical modeling. While Blackjack is indeed a fun game, it definitely has a mathematical side when one considers best plays and odds calculations. rpsoft 2000 has done Blackjack simulations twice - once in 1984 and once recently. Expect to see more on this. The hint charts for example, in the Blackjack game were developed by rpsoft 2000 from 36 billion hands of Blackjack play simulation. Well, no one said this was simple! But math modeling in fact is somewhat fun for some of us. As for the game? Well, if the Blackjack author has truly been a fan of Blackjack in real life for over 20 years, one can expect that the game would be both fun and representative of the real thing.
