Royal Green (Pty) Ltd is an organisation that was formed as a result of the consolidation of Elgee Clothing and Casca Traders. These two organisations were formed in 1998. The major shareholders of Royal Green (Pty) Ltd are Indluyethu Investment Holdings t/a Pentagon Investments and the two founders of Elgee Clothing and Casca Traders. The shareholding is 51% and 49% respectively. Pentagon Investments is a 100% Black owned company with interest in about 6 different industries.
