The year was 1989. The place was West Palm Beach, Florida. And the man was Wally Sanger, a successful, experienced, quality-conscious builder, developer, and entrepreneur. Always eager to find ways to improve on conventional building methods, it didn't take long before Sanger eventually patented an award-winning wall system which he christened "Royall Wall" and incorporated it into his Royal Concrete Concepts' (RCC) family of high quality products.
