When I work with you my goal is always to reduce stress and anxiety. For example: selling a home you have lived in for 25 years requires an understanding of the human emotions at play when there is such a big change in your life. After all a home is usually the largest asset you have and you need to get the value out of it. You also need to let go of it as the place where your kids grew up.

When I put a new family into their first home I am always conscious of what a large move it is for many couples. Do they have enough income? Can they both work and buy a house and pay for the day care? I help solve these anxieties for my clients and work very hard at giving them their first home and peace of mind to enjoy it. For me real estate work is a human service. It can never only be bricks, mortar, mortgages and agreements.
