This holiday season will be a difficult one for many of our friends and neighbors, as they have been laid off or have lost their jobs through no fault of their own. While there are signs the economy is improving, the job market has not improved and many continue to lose their jobs. Others worry that they will be next. I am fighting in Congress for a Jobs Bill that will extend unemployment for those who have lost their jobs, and create new jobs by investing in our nation’s infrastructure.
