Rosemary trained as a coach with the New York Times best-selling author, Debbie Ford, and is a graduate of the Ford Institute for Integrative Coaching in San Diego, California, having completed two intensive coaching training programs of eight months duration each..
The coaching programs of the Ford Institute, now part of John F. Kennedy University, San Diego, California, require that participants take themselves through all the aspects of the coaching programs they will offer their clients. Certified coaches are required to continue to be coached themselves to maintain their certification and to receive additional training through continuing education.
