- When our countryman Jose Rosas told a group of his friends from his town of Lo Arado that because of the sad experience suffered by one of his sisters who almost died due to the lack of even the most basic medical attention in the town, he had long dreamed that Lo Arado would get a hospital to serve the medical needs of the region's people, he awakened the interest of many local people in jointly participating in such a project.
