RoommateFit is a roommate finder that allows people to find a roommate whose personality is compatible with them. Whether you're moving to a new city or your old roommate just moved out, finding a roommate that is suitable for you is almost as important as finding someone to be in a relationship with - it's actually exactly as important. But while there are a bajillion dating websites on the Internet, there is virtually no place that lets you find a roommate that is compatible with you.
RoommateFit.com, however, have developed a software, which uses a questionnaire to match individuals that would be suitable as roommates. They refer to themselves as "eHarmony for Roommates". The software has been used by over 7000 people in Ohio University, Southern Polytechnic State University and Northern Kentucky University among others. An online version will be available soon.
