Many candidates for local elections talk about being born and raised in the local community. I'm a candidate for Asheboro City Council who chose to make Asheboro my home. My wife and I built a house here that we intend to enjoy for the rest of our lives. We own and operate a local business, Powell & Powell Accounting, Inc. and have been serving other local businesses and individuals for almost 30 years. It is a joy to raise our family here.
