Description
We're proud to announce our latest efforts to serve you the best quality cup of coffee as well better providing for our community. We've partnered with a local master coffee roaster, Chuck Pfahler of Chuckroast Coffee Company to acheive both of these goals.
Every coffee bean used and sold at the cafe is roasted the same week. We will of course also continue to brew and prepare our drinks with high standards of freshness. Try an espresso drink to fully recognize the difference these higher standards of freshness and preperation make.
In conjugation with our new roaster, we select the best available beans from around the world and focus our energy to perfecting the use of those beans. This means even traveling to Guatemala to hand select beans from the farm cooperative with the best harvest of the year grown to Fair Trade and certified organic standards. Our current offerings are Ethiopian Yergecheffe, Sumatra Gayoland and Guatemala Huehuetenango.
