The history of ROFU International
The first US office of ROFU International opened in Carson, California in 1980, originally from Switzerland dating back to 1933 when the company was known as "Rothfuchs ING", in 1980 Peter Rothfuchs moved to California and started selling his products. In 1994 Len Guyt, the new owner of the company relocated his family and ROFU to Washington State.
In the mid 90's an office in Alberta, Canada was opened by Mr Guyt and the ROFU, AG entities in Switzerland and England were sold.
All International Sales (except Canada) are now handled thru our U.S. location in Tacoma, Washington.
Side note: the name ROFU came from the original family name ROthFUchs (which means red fox in German/Swiss)
