Lad is a double registered coming one year old Shorthorn Bull bred by J Bar J Ranch in Fallon. Jack and Joyce have been raising shorthorns for 44 years. All of their cattle trace back to the original U.S. herd book and there are no crossbred or appendix bloodlines. When we went to select our bull from the herd Jack was offering for sale we noticed immediately Dave and Jack shared in selecting a breeding bull.
