- Welcome to Robin's Hosting. I provide web site hosting to students currently enrolled in the Contra Costa ROP Web Page Design and Development Program. This is a learning lab; a place for students to learn about managing web sites using FTP, CPanel, Fantastico, and other hosting tools. In order to qualify for free hosting students must be currently enrolled in the Web Design program at the Pleasant Hill Technology Center.
