Description
Created by the merger of two existing synchro teams in 1992, Rocky Mountain Splash is currently the highest ranked, nationally competitive synchronized swim team in Colorado. Based in Denver, Splash consists of 26 swimmers, ranging in age from 7 to 18, and 5 coaches. We offer lessons and competitive programs for all levels of swimmers:
Competition includes technical and free routines, depending on the age of the swimmers. The top three places in each event can qualify to continue to the next level, culminating in the National Age Group Championships for ages 12 and up.
Swimmers must be at least age 14. Eligibility requirements vary depending on the meet, but often involve obtaining a required minimum score for each event.
