- Richard McKenna Charter High School is an Idaho "Brick and Click" charter high school located in Mountain Home, Idaho. "Brick and Click" means that we serve At-Risk and Home School students both onsite, at our main facility, and online, throughout the state of Idaho. We have approximately 50 At-Risk students who attend school at our site in Mountain Home and over 400 At-Risk and Home School students throughout the state of Idaho.
