RLSTATE.com llc is the company formed by Bill Martin of Prudential Carolinas Realty South Park office in 1999. Bill left Prudential in 2008 to better serve Charlotte real estate buyers and sellers with more consumer-conscious pricing.
As the owner, Bill Martin is able to offer a 20% commission rebate to his buyer clients (subject to lender approval and Federal law) with absolutely no reduction in services. In fact, Bill's services cater to the elite who can benefit most from his combination of experience and education.
Bill is an active civic leader, past member of the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce, past Charlotte Regional Realtor Association Board of Directors member, past President of the Mountainbrook Civic Association, and active Boyscouts of Americal leader (Troop 405, St Martin's Episcopal). He has also taught Advanced Marketing and Finance to both baccalaureate and master's degree candidates at a well-known, liberal arts, college.
Bill is licensed in both North and South Carolina, possesses both a bachelor of science degree from the University of California Irvine and a masters degree in business (MBA) from East Tennessee State University.
Bill welcomes new buyer and seller clients and recognizes that their real estate transaction is likely the biggest financial transaction they'll make in their lifetime. He is dilegent in making certain that buyer clients get the right house at the right price and in their time frame while sellers get fair market value for their home that is properly prepared and marketed to potential buyers.
