I have a B.Sc. (Honours) in Psychology and a Masters in Social Work from the University of Toronto. Since graduation, I have continued my education and received training in various modalities. Among them are Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (levels 1 & 2) and Emotion Focused Therapy for individuals and couples.
In addition to working in private practice, I work part-time as a Counsellor/Therapist at the University of Toronto’s Counselling & Learning Skills Service.
In the past, I have worked as a Counsellor at the Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence Care Centre at Sunnybrook and Women’s College Health Sciences Centre and as Assault Counsellor & Educator at the University of Toronto.
