UCR Alert: Due to a delay in the appropriate rulemaking proceeding before the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, there is no Unified Carrier Registration process currently in place for calendar year 2010. When such a 2010 registration process is established, carriers, freight forwarders and brokers will be properly notified via registration packets delivered by the U.S. Postal Service."
