David Lovatt Smith is an independent Consultant on the construction and surfacing of riding arenas and gallops. He has been giving advice on this important element of the industry since 1977. In 2002 he dealt with more than 150 enquiries relating to the subject. He is recommended and approved by the British Horse Society and is registered as an expert in this field.
