As an individual, I have over 35 years working in the fields of housing and real estate through my job with the United States Department of Agriculture. I have retired from the USDA and operate my business from my home in Drew, Mississippi. We are located in the heart of the Mississippi Delta real estate and although we are a rural community, we have all the necessities of life and are surrounded by beautiful sunsets, bayous with cypress trees so picturesque that you might forget you are not in heaven. We are in close proximity to universities, community colleges, Bologna Performing Arts Center at Delta State University, where you can see opera and Broadway, etc. Corn, rice, soybeans cotton, wheat, catfish, sweet potatoes, only to name a few are grown here. Culture, in many forms, is floating all around. Drew's churches and schools are comparable to any other city's.
We have a lot of duck hunting and camps in this area and are beginning to be known as the DUCK CAPITAL of Mississippi. Others types of wildlife are plentiful around here for hunting "in season".
