A few years ago I was at a Gus Macker basketball event on the campus of our local Indiana University East watching as a few hundred young people played in that two day event, my mind began to wonder how many of these young people would soon leave the area for economic opportunities in other parts of the country. . .
I set up this web page for the main purpose to provide a place to show off Richmond to the would be investors that would invest in our community.
My name is Marion Rhodus, and I am proud of my community. I graduated Richmond High School in 1973. The Richmond area has been an attraction to some of the world's most outstanding people. Can you imagine a world without airplanes or televisions?
