Description
RHA is a not-for-profit housing organisation, being set up to own and manage Council homes and housing services across Renfrewshire if tenants vote in favour of housing transfer next year.
RHA will be a community benefit organisation, run by a board of volunteers, and will plough any surpluses back into homes and services. Tenants will make up one third of the board - giving you a real say in housing issues and input in decisions such as future rent levels.
RHA’s main aim is to provide every one of its tenants with an attractive home in a safe neighbourhood, and we would spend £1billion over 30 years to upgrade and maintain homes.
