Our mission: The Association serves a broad range of confectioners and industry suppliers – from small independetly owned businesses with one store to large multi-million dollar corporations. RCI provides a forum for confectioners to meet, network, share ideas, solve mutual problems, and develop their candy making and entrepreneurial skills. A wide assortment of educational programs, services, and collaborative relationships makes RCI membership, “the secret of their success”.
