Reserve Silica Corporation owns 402 acres of land where it operates an open pit sand mine and processing plant near Ravensdale, Washington, about 30 miles southeast of Seattle. The operation has existed since the early 1970's. Our sand comes from a deposit laid down over 50 million years ago.
