The owners of Re/Max Ocean Surf Realty, Chris and Bonnie Simmons, are residents of Costa Rica. After a life-changing trip in 1992, they decided to relocate from Vancouver, Canada to Tamarindo, Costa Rica with their family. Chris is a Canadian Chartered Accountant who honed his business and investment skills in Canada and England with the international accounting firm Coopers and Lybrand (now Price Waterhouse Coopers). Chris subsequently managed a variety of construction products, manufacturing and distribution businesses, and later administered a number of specialized law practices.
