Accounts participating in REIN's Credit Card Auto Pay Program will be processed on 8/17/06 for charges that have been authorized. If Accounting is unable to process the card on file, a notice will be printed on your next REIN statement. Please review your statement carefully and call REIN's Accounting Department at 757/531-7904 with any questions.

August ’06 Mandatory Keybox Recall

DON'T FORGET

It is now mandatory that required disclosure documents (LEAD-1, VREB-1 or VREB-2) be uploaded with ALL LISTINGS (new and existing ACTIVE) in MLXchange. As of July 17th, fines have been assessed to ALL listings in the system that do not have required documents attached. Be sure to upload disclosure documents to your listings as soon as possible to avoid a fine. If you need help uploading these documents, they can also be faxed to the Listing Department at (757) 531-7912. Review policy and fine schedule here.
