A group of gamers that played Battlefield: Vietnam by EA games.

The clan was active for over 2 years.

The leader was named Gem, which later changed his name to Antidote, and then to other various names.

Around March 2006, he began recieving widespread complaints of admin abuse from trusted members of others clans who were aquainted with RM. Believing in his admins, he attempted to verbally defend them at first, but due to the reliability of the sources and after reviewing server and manager logs he decided to go ahead and investigate the issue. The majority of the complaints were about two specific admins and usually occured during daytime hours when he normally wasnt available, so he began moonlighting under various anonymous personas to witness what occured "when he wasn't looking." It only took one day for him to catch two of his senior admins named "WETLETTUCE" and "happygilmore" vastly abusing their admin rights by kicking and banning people on the opposite team who where flying so they could then steal that teams airplanes and use them against them. The two admins were immeadiatly evicted from the clan, however, they went to the clan forum and began lying about the situation and making wild, irrelevant accusations involving Gem. Unfortunatly, a group within RM chose to believe them and due to that and the fact that a growing number of the members who played Battlefield: Vietnam didn't want to support a clan which owned two Battlefield: 2142 servers, the clan split. The 24/7 Fly-High Reefermaniacs server was up to that point the longest running number one ranked server in the history of Battlefield: Vietnam.

The remaining RM members now play Battlefield 2 exclusively while the splinter group, renaming themselves The Round-Table clan still remain in Battlefield: Vietnam, hosting thier own Vietnam server and servers for several other games.

The owner of the "reefermaniacs.com" website chose to take several hundred dollars in donations and give away toy prizes instead of paying attention to all the real problems within the clan. Amongst the clan were some really smart individuals, some that actually cared about what went on there, and some that were just there to be there. This was the best run server when the correct admins were on, always kicking people for disobeying the rules, and not letting the punks that continuously came in to disrupt game play take over. The leader decided to remove admin rights from a top admin, and therefore he left, yes, that was me, "wet lettuce" who now has started a way more successful community www.fragxperts.com.

Reefermaniacs tried to save what was left by letting in just about anyone toward the end to save face, but all it did was make things worse. The ship was sinking, and it sunk badly. The trolls that ended up joining Reefermaniacs at the end joined forces with a few long standing RM members and went to roundtableclan.com, there you will find alot of the people that continue to pay for empty servers and bash me, and for that I wish them luck. There are some decent people there like mr. furious, and supercub, but the majority of the place wouldn't even get accepted in to reefermaniacs had it not been for the ship sinking.

Good luck to all the true members who I had a great friendship with, and those that knew me and had fun playing with me.
