Title

Red Truck Rural Bakery - Orlean Virginia

Description

Excerpted from the website:

Brian Noyes , art director for Smithsonian magazine during the week, has followed his passion for baking out to his farm in rural Fauquier County, Virginia. The Red Truck Bakery was named for his 1954 Ford F-100 pickup, purchased from fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger, which feels right at home on the farm. Trained in the café breads and pastries program at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in Hyde Park, NY, and French pastries and desserts at the respected L'Academie de Cuisine in suburban Washington, Noyes bakes unique goods and offers them on weekends throughout Fauquier County, Virginia, at The Village Green (6902 Leeds Manor Road, Orlean, 540-364-7664), The Farm Store (6483 Main Street, The Plains, 540-253-5456) and the Epicurious Cow (13830 Lee Highway/Route 211, Amissville, 540-675-2269). Come on by and see what's just out of the oven.
