- I am a hobby game developer trying to develop a game and learning in the process. I have been programming for about 7 years and always been interested in games. In collage I stared work on my first game Dungeon Escape it was a DOS based game using mode 13 graphics. I soon moved on to bigger an better things moving to windows by the end of collage and finishing the game using Direct X (Back then it was called the Game SDK). A few years ago I picked up the old Dungeon Escape and revived it adding a good user interface and updating it to used DirectX 8.0.
