December 2006 update: Please be advised that we are on a temporary production hiatus. All of the kitchen facilities that we had been using to produce our salsa have closed, and we are without a place to cook and bottle the salsa. We ARE in the process of building our own kitchen facility, but it's not quite ready yet (we're just about ready for drywall). In any case, we are out of stock of everything except for a couple cases each of cilantro and yellow.
