Description
Reception Videos is a colaborative effort between Doug and Bryce McBride. Growing up, these two brothers were always busy telling stories and finding new ways to bring their images to life. Doug often stapled squares of paper into flipbooks to animate his hand sketches. Bryce was famous for his stop-motion videos using his Lego toys.
They're both "grown up" now (or are at least older), and now their toys are digital cameras and editing software instead of crayons and Legos. But they still enjoy much of the same storytelling that fascinated them as kids.
Doug graduated from Brigham Young University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Electronic Media. He currently works as a Technical Artist for game developer "Cyan Worlds" in Spokane Washington.
