On top of that, we are seeing is the industry as a whole becoming more competitive and expensive. In order to survive, you have to compete head on with the best out there, putting in the same long hours, sacrificing family and friends, giving up your evenings and weekends and the lifestyle you so want just in order to succeed. Or do you?
Two years ago I finally came to the conclusion that I could continue trying to compete with the best, or instead, I could help them and have them work for me.
