About Realistic Modelling Services
Established circa 1980-81, Realistic Modelling Services began its life as a figure painting service working with old hobby favourites like Mike's Models. Its proprietor, Mr. Keith J. Warren, served his apprenticeship as a shipwright and worked as a cabinet maker earlier in his career, but it wasn't until the late 1990's that he left his then management job looking for a change in direction.
His involvement with miniatures and terrain building had always been bubbling away in the background, and came completely to the surface when he decided to make Realistic Modelling Services a full-time job in 1996. Aiming to provide gamers and collectors alike with realistic products at a reasonable price, Realistic Modelling Services went from strength to strength. Starting with a batch of 12 trees backed up by good figure painting skills, Realistic Modelling Services now offers literally hundreds of different pieces of scenery ranging from those humble trees right through to magnificent terrain modules complete with roads, hedgerows, buildings and anything else your desires demand!
