Founded in 1997, we learned much about how a team should be organized to be productive. Though it is believed that a team achieves more, many would still choose to do it alone because it is difficult to work with others. For this reason and the adamant belief that we would achieve more as a team, we have studied, tested and implemented a teaming system that have worked for us over the years as a team.
