- Rubens Cunha is an evangelist who believes that God continues to heal people in our generation. He started his evangelistic ministry in 1994. Between 1995 and 1997 Rubens served as a traveling evangelist in Brazil. 1998 to 1999 he preached in several events in Latin America and Europe. His life and ministry were shaped by two miraculous encounters, one with T.L. Osborn in 1998 and another with Mike Francen in 1999, two of the leading evangelists of that time.
