Razi Bandar Company (R.B.Co) is an EPC contractor was founded in 1993.The founders of R.B.Co general construction company include well disciplined and highly experienced managers and engineers who gathered together in order to undertake the various projects in oil and gas petrochemical industries, particularly in the less developed regions on the south part of Iran. The managing controlling R.B.Co. is well known in oil, gas and petrochemical with valuable experiences in these fields. Piles are columnar elements in a foundation which used to carry and transfer the load of the structure to the bearing ground located at some depth below ground surface. The main types of materials used for piles are wood, steel and concrete. Piles made from these materials are driven, drilled or jacked into the ground and connected to the pile caps, and depending upon type of soil, pile material and load transmitting characteristic piles are classified.

Manufacturing Process Of R.B.Co.Pile
- PC Bar Cutting and Cage Forming:
Pc bars are straightened and cut to correct length, and the endears heated to form button head.Then bars passed into the cage forming machine.
- Joints Setting: Spiral wire is automatically spot – welded at the correct spacing end plates and are fitted to the cage .The whole cage is then placed onto the bottom half mould.
- PreStressing:The pc bars are stressed against the mould through a central shaft and stressing plate. The stressing is carried out in a single operation.
- Spinning:The filled mould is then placed on the centrifugal spinning-machine to be spun automatically in four stages. Spinning process results in more durable concrete with high resistance
- Curing: Curing will be done by steam in the special pond and autoclaving facilities to enable concrete piles to be drivan 48 hours after production .
- Demoulding: Steam curing enables the piles to demodulate earlier and is done with the use of vacuum lift.
- Autoclaving:In this stage curing process is done by state of the art autoclave. Autoclaving allows piles to be delivered and driven immediately .
Cutting Off and Capping Piles
Tops of foundation piles shall be embedded in the concrete footing or pile cap for a minimum depth of 75 mm (measured at center line of pile) . When the top elevation of a pile is below the elevation of the bottom of the cap,the pile shall, if approved by the Engineer, be built up from the butt of the pile to the elevation of the bottom of the cap by an approved method. The cuts shall be made accurately in clean, straight lines; care shall be exercised to avoid damaging the remaining pile and to ensure full bearing between the footings (or caps) and piles.
