It is with great excitement that I announce the merger of two of Canada’s longest established awards manufacturers and the creation of the new line – Raycraft Recognition.
After more than 61 years in operation, the shareholders of Rayberts Limited voted unanimously to merge our company with Strath Craft Limited. Effective December 1
This merger was completed only after months of careful negotiations and consideration as to the possible benefits for our customers. Although this merger will result in some changes to the way our customers have done business with Rayberts in the past, I have complete confidence that all customers will benefit greatly in the long term.
