Description
Rare Service has been a Trane Comfort Specialist (for the past five years)”since 1998” having completed all qualifying training to sell, service, and repair Trane residential equipment. Each of our technicians continues training on an annual basis to maintain competence in all aspects of our work.
Rare Service is also a certified Honeywell Enalasys Contractor which provides our technicians the ability to use computerized technology to diagnose complete comfort systems in efficiency and overall comfort with accuracy and also provide a computer generated report of conditions to enable home owners and technicians to discuss findings and possible solutions to existing conditions. This ability enables us to show the home owner why their system is costly to operate and why they have been unable to make individual rooms comfortable. It also enables us to answer that inevitable question, “does my unit need to be replaced?” Sometimes the answer is a resounding NO and we can then show why this is so.
Rare Service is a Founding Member of NCT a National Comfort TEAM dedicated to technical excellence and training in the correct diagnosis and solutions of comfort and energy issues related to residential homes both new and old.
