Random Text Tag
Need the ability to include on a page a text snippet randomly selected from a list of snippets. The list should be defined by <random></random> tags and the snippets separated by ---- (4 dashes). The list should live on the same page or in a transcluded page. Same functionality as RandomInclude extension. Just like online meters, only updates on purge.
