This is the way we usually work:
- You browse our catalog and discover a doll you like
- You send us an email, telling us about the doll you like and whatever custom modifications you would like
- We set to work on the doll. Completing a doll takes between 1 and 2 weeks, depending on how busy we are at the moment.
- We publish the finished doll at our website, adding it to our catalog.
- The customer (you) is not obliged to anything.
- If you don't absolutely love the doll, you don't do anything, and the doll remains in our catalog. That's how much we trust the quality of our work.
- The customer (you) is not obliged to anything.
- If you love the finished doll (as it always happens), you can enter an order in our website, or just send us a payment.
