In my career as a real estate developer and investor, licensed real estate broker in thirteen states and owner/manager of commercial properties spanning some twenty three years, I have experienced lawyers up close and way too personal for my own tastes. As a licensed professional actively engaged in the real estate and mortgage investment industry, I have unfortunately become intimately familiar with the legal profession by default.
For years I have watched in horror as thousands upon thousands of avaricious lawyers have meticulously fostered a 'sue onto others before they can sue onto you' mentality among our once proud citizenry, shoving personal responsibility and accountability to the back burner. It now seems like everyone is looking to jump on the lawsuit express and cash in on the next Lawsuit Lottery.
After putting up with pompous lawyers getting paid a king’s ransom to kill deals, stymie progress and basically sue anyone who can fog a mirror, I’ve finally had enough of their shenanigans. As a result, I felt an overwhelming need to expose seedy lawyers for what they are and how they adversely affect every man, woman and child living in America.
