Radica Development Programs (RDP) are comprehensive programs to develop a core group of young graduates of high caliber, like you, to become part of our winning team. As our Trainee, you will undergo a 3-years well-structured training program including formal practical and on-the-job training.
- The working hr / schedule will depend on which position you applied for. The candidates may be requested to start the summer intership program in the 1st summer.
The programs are exposed to Year-2 Outstanding Students who are seeking challenges in their career path and a working environment that can allow their potential being fully developed. Students with related academic background would join us as a Marketing Trainee /Engineer Trainee.
